What are our expected delivery times?
Delivery using regular post generally takes between 5-7 business days to arrive depending on your postcode and location. If your postcode is a metro postcode, deliveries may arrive within 5 business days. If your post code is in a regional area, deliveries may take up to 10 working days. For any further information, please visit www.fastway.com.au. Accepted Street Address only, not PO Box.
Delivery using express post (Additional Fee will apply) generally takes 1-3 business days to arrive depending on your location. Although this may be longer if you live outside the Australia Post express post network. For further information regarding Australia Post delivery times, please visit www.australiapost.com.au.
Once Bathox Australia Pty Limited receives your order online, your item/s will be posted within 1-2 business days. We will notify you of the shipment time and give you a tracking number via email. You can track your delivery by logging back into our site.
Delivery times may vary . Weekends and public holidays may delay delivery times.
Bathox Australia Pty Limited will notify you within 48 hours of you placing your order if there are any issues which may affect the delivery time.
Bathox Australia Pty Limited accepts international orders from several countries outside of Australia, Freight cost at your own expense. If you require more information regarding internationally shipping, please visit www.australiapost.com.au.
Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our products which you purchase from Bathox Australia Pty Limited. All products are checked before they leave our warehouse for faulty workmanship and or materials. We ask that upon receipt of your goods, you check the quality and quantity of the products you have received and if any of them are faulty or incorrect, you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in your claim being rejected.
Due to some of our products containing natural ingredients, individual batches may vary slightly in colour or smell. This in no way affects the quality and should not be returned on this basis.
To claim a refund or exhange, please contact us at email@example.com or (02) 9755-1347 before returning any of our products which you have purchased online. A photo of the fault must be emailed prior to any refund being authorised or considered. If you are returning the product merely becuase you have changed your mind, we will only accept products which are in their original state and packaging. Bathox Australia Pty Limited reserves the right to use discretion when it comes to claims for faulty stock.
After returns are received, Bathox Australia Pty Limited will reimburse the value of the returned products within 14 days. It will remain the responsibility of the customer for delivery charges unless proved that the products supplied are faulty.
